The listed items below can only obtainable by fighting the listed Classified Intel on Hard Mode which can be unlocked after finishing the game.
These items are used to craft the Genji Armaments, equipment only craftable after defeating Gilgamesh and reaching Crafting Level 16.
Classified Intel usually pertains to the Secret Boss monsters found in each of the different regions of the game. Once you've scanned enough Lifesprings, Classified Intel becomes available, allowing you to challenge a powerul monster to get unique rewards.
