How to Get Enemy Skill Materia

Biological Intel: Know Thine Enemy Unlock Conditions:

The Combat Simulation required to obtain the enemy skill materia is unlocked by default. This makes getting the Materia and leveling it up as soon as possible, very easy. However, to gain the rest of the Materia's actives, you'll have to progress the game and complete specific combat simulations.

All Enemy Skill Effects

Sonic Boom Default Unleash a wind magic attack. Grants Bravery and Faith. Can use while airborne.
Plasma Discharge 1 Temporarily imbue attacks with lightning. Deals damage in the surrounding area each time an ATB charge fills.
Soothing Breeze 2 Temporarily stop moving and gradually restore HP to allies in the surrounding area.
Self-Destruct 2 Deal a large amount of damage to enemies in the surrounding area while incapacitating self. Costs 2 ATB.
Mind Blast 3 Unleash a magic attack over a wide area. Significantly increases stagger. Can only be used once per battle. Costs 2 ATB.
Rancid Breath 4 Randomly inflicts Silence, Poison, Sleep, Stop, or Petrification over a wide area. Costs 2 ATB.
Gorgon Shield 5 Conjure a magic shield that fires petrifying shots when struck by an enemy attack. Can use while airborne.
