Moogle Mischief unlocks as World Intel does in Chapter 2 upon reuniting with Chadley at Billy's Chocobo Ranch.

Activate Renmawave Towers to Spot Moogle Intel

To easily spot Moogle Intel on the world map, prioritize Renmawave Towers which will automatically be marked by Chadley. Upon activating these towers, several datapoints such as Mogstools will be revealed.

How to Play Moogle Mischief

Wrangle All the Mischievous Moogles

In Moogle Mischief, several Moogles will be scattered about in the field and your job is to herd them back into the pen at the center within the time limit. These Moogles are nimble but fairly easy to wrangle.

Watch Out for Moogle Attacks

As a countermeasure, the mischievous Moogles will fire projectiles at you. Watch out for these attacks, as getting hit 3 times will result in failure.

Level 1 - Grasslands

The Grasslands' Moogle Mischief is the most basic level of the minigame and will require you to simply lure the Mooglets into the pen. You can do this by approaching them, making them flee to the opposite direction. From here, you can herd them into Mogstool.

Level 2 - Junon

Junon's Moogle Mischief is a little harder and needs a little bit more creativity. Apart from the usual method of herding the Mooglets, the easier way would be to lure them into the whirlwinds and stun them.

Afterwards, approach them and hold the L2 button to grab them. It will only be a short while before they break free from your grasp, so act quickly and get them to the Mogstool as fast as possible!

Moogle Mischief Tips

Position Yourself Behind the Moogle

To properly wrangle Moogles, position yourself behind them so as to chase them back into the pen. Approaching them from a certain direction will have them flee in the exact opposite way, so try to aim for the pen as true as possible.

Use Roll to Dodge Moogle Attacks

Keep in mind that you can dodge incoming Moogle attacks, as it will save you heaps of time and effort. Doing so will also enable you to cover more ground much faster.

As a reward for completing Moogle Mischief, you will be given Moogle Medals which can be used as currency for Moogle Emporiums. These contain exceptional items, including Folio expansion items for characters!
