How to Pressure Queen Bee
Use Fire Spells or Abilities to Pressure
 Equip Fire Materia and use Fire spells to Pressure it. |
You can exploit the Queen Bee's weakness by casting Fire elemental skills and abilities. This will instantly apply pressure or even stagger the boss if you deal enough damage.

Exploit Weakness With Fire Element
Using a 3★ Fire Materia to cast Firaga can instantly pressure and stagger the Queen Bee, allowing you to deal burst damage while the boss is down.
Use Doppelganger on Yuffie
Yuffie's Doppelganger ability will grant you a free cast of any spell you use, which works well when using Elemental Spells to build pressure on bosses. You can learn the Doppelganger ability by maxing out the proficiency of the Bird of Prey weapon.

Focus on Defeating the Queen Bee
Throughout the fight, the Queen Bee will continuously summon multiple Guard Bees every time you clear all of them. There is no need to clear all of the Guard Bees before dealing with the Queen Bee. It is highly recommended that you focus all of your damage on bringing the Queen Bee down.
Negate Manaward Using Deshell or Dispell
During the fight, the Queen Bee will cast Barrier and Manaward on herself to reduce your Physical and Magical Damage. You can use an Enervation Materia to lower the Magic Defense of the Queen Bee by casting Deshell. This will drastically improve the damage of your Fire spells during the fight.
Additionally, you can cast Dispell using a Subversion Materia to remove all of the buffs on the Queen Bee.
Kill the Guard Bees Using Fire Materia With Magnify
Even if you defeat the Queen Bee, the fight will only end if you are able to defeat the Guard Bees present in the area. You can pair your Fire Materia with Magnify Materia to increase the AOE (Area of Effect) of your Fire spell, which can help you deal with the swarm of Guard Bees.
