Roche is a SOLDIER 3rd Class, which means he is part of Shinra Company's SOLDIER program. His love for speed and bikes is unmatched, and he only respects those who can take him in a fight. He loves motorcycles and competition.

Fought Cloud Twice

In the events of FF7 Remake, Roche fought Cloud twice and lost. You first fight him on motorcycles during Mad Dash and again in a standard boss fight later on. Hoping to have a rematch with Cloud someday, Roche told him to stay alive until that happens.

While searching for Cloud in the Sector 7 slums, Roche runs into Yuffie. She talks with him for a bit regarding Cloud, then challenges him to a game of Fort Condor. Roche lost and hoped that he'd meet Yuffie again next time.
