Cactuar Caper is a minigame in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (FF7 Rebirth) where players need to take photos of hidden Cactuars in Costa del Sol. Read on to see all Cactuar Locations, how to unlock Cactuar Caper, and tips to find all 4 Cactuars.
|
All 4 hidden Cactuars are located only within Costa del Sol, which narrows down your search. Fortunately, the resort isn't that vast and the four locations are easily accessible.
However, finding the Cactuar paintings may be tricky because of either their size or their placement.

The third Cactuar painting is on the red fire hydrant next to the two crouching children behind the wooden stall by Costa del Sol's ship port entrance. This one's pretty small, so you might need to zoom in on it to get a better picture.

The last hidden Cactuar painting is on a wave breaker in the sea. This wave breaker is located in the eastern docks of Costa del Sol, near the Card Carnival minigame.
Find the two NPCs at the end of the dock to find the wave breaker with the pink Cactuar painted on it.
While roaming Costa del Sol, you may receive a camera icon on the top of your screen. This means that there is a Cactuar painting in the nearby vicinity.
Once you find the Cactuar painting in the area, press the Up D-Pad to pull out the camera and take its photo. Make sure the camera frame becomes green so that the Cactuar will be successfully photographed.
You can also press the Left D-Pad while on the Wheelie to open a minimap containing the locations of the 4 Cactuars. Press L1 to take a closer look of the map.

You will receive a companion card for Aerith once you have located all 4 Cactuars in Costa del Sol. You can use this Key Item on the Companion Card Shop to acquire a swimsuit for Aerith.
Cactuar Caper appears in Chapter 6 as soon as you arrive in Costa del Sol. Once you have control of Tifa and Aerith, head outside as you begin the search for Companion Cards.
