Junon Divine Intel 1: Phoenix Sanctuary α

Phoenix Sanctuary Alpha is located towards the north of Gabe's Ranch beyond the first Chocobo walls that you'll encounter after exiting the mines.

To get to this Sanctuary, you will first need to unlock Junon's Chocobos by doing the Stuck in a Rut sidequest. Once you've unlocked one and you can ride them, you can now scale the Chocobo walls north of Gabe's Ranch that you need to get to the Sanctuary.

Junon Divine Intel 2: Phoenix Sanctuary β

Phoenix Sanctuary Beta is located at northeastern area of Junon towards the north of Crow's Nest

To get to this Sanctuary, you will also need access to Junon's Chocobos to scale the walls required to reach it. Once mounted, you simply need to head north of Crow's Nest until you reach an area with two walls. Go up the wall to the right and keep following the path until you get to the Sanctuary.

Junon Divine Intel 3: Phoenix Sanctuary γ

Phoenix Sanctuary Gamma is located right below Crow's Nest. However, you won't be able to get into and past Crow's Nest until it's unlocked during the When Words Won't Do sidequest.

To get to this Sanctuary, you will simply need to exit Crow's Nest to the south and immediately turn left following a path that leads you to the Sanctuary below.

Phoenix Sanctuary Bonuses

Enhanced Materia

Whenever you analyze a Sanctuary belonging to Phoenix, you will also upgrade their Materia by one level.

At 2 and 3 stars, you will upgrade their summon level by 1. Once you've levelled it up to 4 stars, you will unlock an extra ability that it can use in battle.

Easier Combat Simulator Fights

By analyzing Phoenix's Sanctuaries, you will also unlock easier versions of their Combat Simulator fight. If you're having a difficult time beating Phoenix to unlock their Materia, then go out and analyze their Sanctuaries first to make the fight easier.
