This weapon has a chance to drop from Misbegotten wielding it. An easy way to farm it is in Castle Morne in the Weeping Peninsula.
From the Beside the Rampart Gaol Site of Grace, cross the bridge ahead. The Misbegotten on the left is holding the axe.
