Fighting Former Allies can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Raissa at the southern road connecting the Fetid Swamp and the Blood Rose to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Kill the Corrupted Direwolves Follow Raissa and defeat the nearby pack of Corrupted Direwolves as you look for Fang. |
| 2 |  Follow After Raissa As you chase Fang, he will call more Corrupted Direwolves to ambush you. Defeat them to continue. |
| 3 |  Kill Fang Fang will kill Raissa before calling more Direwolves to his side. Kill them and their companions to proceed. |
| 4 |  Examine Raissa's Corpse Completing this step ends the quest. |
