Legendary items are at level 8 but dawning echo cannot be used. It is in inventory. And master jeweler says it is in inventory. But it does not awaken legendary items. Bug?

Player in BG is untargettable for the whole match.

Problem when trying to play through the game on (mostly) Samsung phones. Visuals become bugged out, starting all the way back with the character creation menu.
