Kidnapped Patrol can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Shikha near the center of the Nesting Grounds to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Follow Shikha to the Arach Nest Follow Shikha and defeat the Arachs at the entrance of the nest to continue. |
| 2 |  Enter the Arach Nest Continue following Shikha into the cave and clear out more Arachs. |
| 3 |  Find Shikha's Patrol Destroy the two giant cocoons in the Arach Nest to rescue Shikha's patrol. Talk to Shikha afterwards to proceed. |
| 4 |  Kill the Deathweaver Kill the ambushing Deathweaver and its minions inside the Arach Nest. |
| 5 |  Talk to Shikha Completing this step ends the quest. |
