How to Use Glowing Shards

Used to Upgrade Primary Equipment Past Rank 5

Diablo Immortal - Gear Upgrade Screen

After your primary equipment reaches Rank 5, it will need to be upgraded with Glowing Shards on top of the usual Enchanted Dust and Scrap Material costs. This is the only way to get primary equipment past Rank 5 in the game.

Diablo Immortal - Purchase Enigmatic Crystals Using Glowing Shards

Much like Scrap Material and Enchanted Dust, Glowing Shards can also be used to purchase Enigmatic Crystals from the Smithing Materials Vendor. This is an endgame option as Enigmatic Crystals are harder to come by than any of the upgrade materials used for the primary equipment slots.
