How to Use Dawning Echoes

Dawning Echoes are a special type of Upgrade Material used to awaken Legendary Items, giving them additional effects on top of their existing bonuses. To use a Dawning Echo, players will need to have 1 rank 10 Legendary Gem socketed in the Legendary Item they wish to awaken, before speaking to Vic the Master Jeweler in Westmarch to proceed with awakening.
