Desert Vintage can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Pluton at the left side of The Oasis Waypoint in the Oasis of No Return to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Safeguard Majid Protect Majid from the ambushing Sand Scorpion Bandits. Talk to Pluton afterwards to proceed. |
| 2 |  Collect Scorpion Glands Kill nearby Desert Crawlers to obtain 6 Scorpion Glands. |
| 3 |  Pursue Majid Chase after Majid and deliver the Scorpion Glands to him in the Domain of Horror. |
| 4 |  Defeat Bitru This demon is the true source of Majid's delusions. Defeat it to return Majid back to his senses. |
| 5 |  Talk to Majid Completing this step ends the quest. |
