Vision of Justice can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Hrodolf at the northernmost point of the Abandoned Village to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Kill the Fallen Defeat the ambushing Fallen demons and talk to Fianne afterwards to continue. |
| 2 |  Follow Fianne Follow Fianne southwards to obtain supplies. |
| 3 |  Take a Crate Pick up a crate outside the house and return to Mirto to proceed. |
| 4 |  Deliver Supplies Place the crate beside Mirto's statue. |
| 5 |  Kill the Warped Shaman Defeat the Warped Shaman and its minions. |
| 6 |  Talk to Mirto Completing this step ends the quest. |
