A Journey to the Past can be unlocked by checking the available side quests from the Adventure Seeker. If this side quest isn't available, you can pay the NPC gold to shuffle the zone and side quests or check again the next day until it appears.
Side quests from the Adventure Seeker only becomes available after reaching level 60 and changing the difficulty to Hell I.
Talk to Ross in the Windswept Sands to begin this Side Quest.

| 1 |  Lead Ross to the Shipwreck Kill the desert wildlife blocking your path. Talk to Ross after you reach the shipwreck to proceed. |
| 2 |  Survey the Ruins Interact with the ground nearby to survey the ship and dig up some artifacts. Speak to Ross afterwards to show him the relics. |
| 3 |  Stop Sand Scorpions from Destroying Relics Defeat the Sand Scorpion Ruffian and his companions to prevent them from damaging the artifacts. |
| 4 |  Speak to Ross Completing this step ends the quest. |
