Estoma Field and Portent of Peril nowhere on here. However, given that Portent of Peril activates if auto-battle is on, I predict that would be C-Tier. Estoma Field draining Magatsuhi, though, I'm not sure how useful it actually is. It would allow you to not have to worry about weaving around demons as much, but I don't know how much "mileage" you'd actually get out of it, plus at least as much as I've played thus far, it's not that hard to evade the demons. I might predict C, maybe B.
You have warrior's conception & unforgotten memories as the same definition. Is that accurate? It says the former gives a stat bonus, not experience, in game. The end result may be the same, though?
I might say. Prayers are good if you want a super kind of demon. With prayers miracles, you will get at least 1 type of >99 at max level. This is only apply if you hard grinder. And want to make the ultimate demon. Warnings : deplete a lot of money and resources just to do that. Hardcore only.
Generally good list however I will say vengeance is extremely good. Even though it shouldn't happen even a single demon dying will give you a ton of gauges back if 2 die it's basically guaranteed you can use again this turn, which can turn a fight that went wrong into an easy victory by letting you have 1 more push. It's also let me go into tons of boss battles blind even on hard and come out stomping them rotating though half my demon roster.
