I named my character Gogo Kurabara. I always name my characters in every game I play Gogo. My all time favorite character in any game ever is Gogo from Final Fantasy 3 (6). Kurabara means black rose if the site I used was correct.

Dante Aligheri,yeah I know there is an i missing after the h, but you know the 8 letter limit, like the author of the book a divine comedy in which the protagonist wanders through hell guided by Vergil. Da'at is the demon world,so you could say some kind of hell and you are guided by Aogami.
I used Susanoo Nomikoto because that's the Japanese god he's supposedly based on.

Went with Nanashi Nahobino since Nanashi basically shakes out to “nameless” or “anon.”
First name is my default game name (not gonna share), but we have 8 characters so I made his Family Name Nahobino… sounds like a plausible Japanese family name plus then it seems like this power of his might have been hidden in his ancestry

For me it's Makoto Takamiya, mainly Makoto used on many games such as Persona and other anime and games series, for Takamiya kind of match for the last name
ended up with the given name Naobi suggested to me. a) similar to naoki smt3 so a nice callback and b) sounds a bit like a skewed version of nahobino

I named my protagonist Akira Yorozu. I got the family name by messing around with the Kanji title of the book he's reading at the beginning.
I called my protagonist Xander Hikaru. Cute,huh?
