| Each time you block an attack you deal 50% base damage + 801 to all nearby enemies. Cannot occur more often than once every 3 seconds. | |

C-ranked gems are very average in terms of the effects they have. Ranking them up offers little benefits as well, with your resources better put into other gems. Slot them if you have no other gems, should you choose, but quickly replace them when you can. |
