Suspicious Cave is immediately unlocked after you follow the Spirit Orb during the events of the main quest, Track Dravec.

| 1 |  To begin, head inside the Cave. Undead Guardians will start re-animating after you reach a certain point. The animation will take some time, so hold off on using your skills until they become fully hostile. |
| 2 |  Defeat the 13 ambushing Undead in order to clear out the Cave. |
| 3 |  With the guards dead, begin investigating the cave. Start off by examining the Broken Table near the bookshelves. Defeat the 3 Tomb Roaches that spawn once it breaks. |
| 4 |  Once the roaches are dealt with, get the first clue by examining the Monk's Journal page under the table. |
| 5 |  Next, examine both the Torn Journal page and Map nearby. This will complete the investigation of the cave. |
| 6 |  Show Oza your findings including the location of the Cultists shown on the map. Rewards: ・15,000 EXP |
| 7 |  Continue the Chase: With Oza in tow, start making your way to the Zakarum Chapel. Upon arrival at the location, the next main quest, Strange Wooden Hut, will unlock. |
