The Master's Journal can be found on a platform to the west of the Writhing Ingress in the Library of Zoltun Kulle. Defeat the Ancient Thralls guarding it to retrieve The Master's Journal and progress the main quest, Source of Knowledge.

How to Use The Master's Journal

Give it to the Curator at the Central Core

Deliver the Master

Players will have to deliver The Master's Journal to the Curator in order to progress the Source of Knowledge and trigger the next Library of Zoltun Kulle main quest, The Eternal Guardian. Head over to the Central Core area to find the Curator and deliver the journal.
