Drops every time you deplete a boss' HP bar.
Dropped by Healing Pools in Battlegrounds or Raids.

How to Use Health Globes
Pick Up to Restore HP
Health Globes are used to heal your character whenever they loses HP, restoring it automatically on pick up. The restored HP will scale with the total amount of HP you have as your character levels up.
