Kill the Colossal Ichthid during the Smelted Iron Side Quest

Crystalline Scales - Smelted Iron Side Quest

After helping out Vasilka with the pincers, the next objective of the Smelted Iron side quest is collecting Crystalline Scales for the prototype armor. Defeat the Colossal Ichthid found in the Shassar Sea to get this quest item to drop.

How to Use Crystalline Scales

Give them to Ferum the Blacksmith

The collected Crystalline Scales should be delivered to Ferum the Blacksmith found inside Tabri's Encampment at the Shassar Sea. He will collect them along with the Desert Scorpion Pincers quest item to craft the special armor Vasilka commissioned.
