Complete All the Prerequisite Quests and Head to Colony Lambda

To unlock Effervescent Heart you must first rank up the Strategos class in any of your characters up to Rank 10 and complete the New Developments Standard Quest. However, unlocking this quest requires you to complete three more quests in Colony Lambda.

Once Effervescent Heart is available, you should see a ? appear on your map if you have Isurd in your party. Head to this spot in Colony Lambda with Isurd to begin the quest.

Go to the City and Get All Info for the Topic Natural Spa

Once you have accepted the quest, head to the City and get all the info for the topic Natural Spa. You will need to talk to three residents found around the the city to unlock the topic.

Discuss the Topic in a Rest Spot and talk to Kotan

After talking to all three residents, you will be able to discuss the topic Natural Spa. Head to any Rest Spot and discuss the topic. Once the topic has been discussed, talk to Kotan found in the upper levels of the City.

Head to Brasa Spa in the Cadensia Region

After receiving the spa location from Kotan, head to the Cadensia Region and make your way to Brasa Spa found on an island to the southwest of Vinisog Holm Camp.

Battle and Defeat the Monsters at the Spa

Upon arriving at the spa, you'll encounter several monsters in the water. Defeat all the monsters in the area to start a series of the cutseneces. The quest ends once the cutscenes finish.
