Class Rating is the speed at which each character ranks up an individual class, so the lower their Class Rating, the slower it takes for them to rank up the class.
Seraph is the default class of Cammuravi, a hero in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To unlock this class and equip it to your main characters, you must first complete their Hero Quest: A Twist of Fate.
Unlike other characters, Cammuravi does not have the typical Ascension Quest. Instead, you'll need make Ethel rejoin the party by bringing her to the Lab in Colony Omega. Once completed, Rank 20 for Cammuravi and the Seraph class are unlocked.
How to Make Ethel Rejoin the Party
Recommended Characters | |
---|---|
Noah | Taion |
Both Characters have high TP, making them effective combatants during chain Attacks. Taion, as this class's inheritor, will be able to increase the rank of this class quickly.
Art | Attack Type | AoE | Base Effect |
---|---|---|---|
Inferno Dance | Physical Attack | Frontward AOE | When using Art, reduces HP by 10% of current HP. |
Leveling Fire | Stance | Self | Boosts damage dealt by 50%, but reduces HP when using Arts. |
Dragon's Snarl | Physical Attack | One Target | When using Art, reduces HP by 10% of current HP. Grants a high Critical Rate. |
The Seraph class focuses on inflicting damage to the user to increase overall damage output, as reflected by the Arts shown here. Leveling Fire's 50% Attack increase is particularly useful and should be equipped regardless of whatever Seraph build you choose to use for your character.
Art | Base Effect | Class Rank |
---|---|---|
Shadow Eye | Aggro Halved / Atk. Up |
Rank 10 |
Shield Bash | Topple |
Rank 10 |
Flashback | Side Break |
Rank 10 |
Reducing aggro with Shadow Eye is important since the Seraph class already losses HP to be an effective attacker. Shield Bash and Flashback allow you to become a more well-rounded attacker by inflicting Topple and Break respectively.
Skill | Effect | Class Rank |
---|---|---|
Fighting Prowess | Boosts damage dealt by physical Arts by 30%. |
Rank 5 |
Natural Selection | Reduced damage taken by 20% when HP is at 30% or lower. |
Rank 5 |
Now That's Tactics! | At start of Chain Attack, increase TP by 5. |
Rank 5 |
These Master Arts work well with the Seraph's high risk, high reward
fighting style. Fighting Prowess increases your offensive strength, while Natural Selection prevents you from taking too much damage once HP has already reached a critical level.
Now That's Tactics! works well for any Attacker class as it increases the potential bonus received when they attack first in a Chain Attack.
Skill | Effect | Class Rank |
---|---|---|
Covert Attack | Reduces aggro generated from attacks by 20%. |
Rank 15 |
Covert Attack is the best Master Skill for Seraph characters as it prevents them from taking too much damage from enemies. Once you have the skill available, make sure to equip it for Seraphs.
Increased Master Arts Charge | Boosted Auto-Attack damage | Boosted Aggro Reduction when Targeted |
---|---|---|
Wind Bracelet | Violent Stone | Repulsor Cuffs |
Wind Bracelet allows you to access your Talent Arts quicker than usual, ideal for a class that is constantly losing HP while attacking. Violent Stone greatly increases auto attack damage, allowing you to still be useful on offense should you choose to conserve HP by using Arts less frequently.
When an enemy does target your character, the Repulsor Cuffs can quickly get the enemy off of you and prevent you from taking more damage.
Reduces aggro form using Arts | Increased Dexterity | Incrreased Attack |
---|---|---|
Disperse Bloodlust | Accurate Grace | Steelcleaver |
The Seraph Class focuses on inflicting damage to yourself to increase the damage dealt, making Disperse Bloodlust an absolute necessity. While any Attacker-focused Gem works for the Seraph class, we recommended that you at least equip Accurate Grace to ensure that your attacks hit more often.
