1. Talk to Pollux at the Colony 9 Front Gate
Don't continue to Alfeto Valley after defeating the enemies at Alfeto Valley Mouth. Doing so will lock you out of this quest. Instead, turn back and skip travel to Colony 9 Front Gate.
Find Pollux by the gate and talk to him.
2. Open the Supplies Chest
Next, head to the location marked on the map. If you've already discovered Skyview Falls, you can skip travel to the landmark to get to the supplies chest easier. Otherwise, you can go there by foot or by skip travelling to Alfeto Valley Mouth then travelling north.
Open the chest there and collect the items to complete the quest.
