After recruiting Melia and getting someone Rank 10 Royal Summoner, head to the Throne Room in Keves Castle to start the quest "From Atop Her Throne".

2. Complete the Following Quests to Proceed

After bringing Melia to the Throne Room, you'll be given 3 quests that you need to complete to proceed with the ascension quest.

Colony 9's Backup

1	Head to Colony 9 Rescue Tent and talk to Zeon.
2	Head to the Alfeto Valley Mouth Area and assist the wounded soldiers.
3	Head back to Colony 9 Rescue Tent.

Friction With Agnus

1	Head to Agnus Castle and talk to Nia.
2	Travel to Hovering Reef 6 in Syra Hovering Reefs.
3	Make your way to Hovering Reef 6 Cave.
4	Defeat the Annihilationist Unit.

1	Head to the War Room in the City.
2	Head to Centrilo Parade in the City to talk to the people.
