Head to Conchrock Beach during Chapter 5 Save the people of Colony Mu Talk to Fiona at Colony Mu Attend the meeting Acquire the info 'Colony Mu Investigation' Defeat Moebius I

Head to Conchrock Beach During Chapter 5

Head to Conchrock Beach during the events in Chapter 5 to find Fiona unconscious on the beach. Your squad will patch her up and she'll ask for your help to save her people. Her Hero Quest unlocks right after.

Save the People of Colony Mu

Follow the quest markers on your map to save the people of Colony Mu. Some of them need to be send off while another needs you to fight a Lv. 45 Keves Strike Team. Defeat them to proceed to the next part of the quest.

Talk to Fiona at Colony Mu

After your fight with the Keves Strike Team, head to Colony Mu and talk to Fiona. She then calls the other squad members for a meeting.

Attend the Meeting

Follow the quest marker to Colony Mu Viewing Deck to join the meeting. You'll have the option to ask about the situation in Colony Mu during the meeting but you can just choose 'We have nothing more to ask' if you want to continue the quest right away.

Acquire the Info 'Colony Mu Investigation'

After the meeting, follow the quest markers on your map and talk to Shu and Nico to unlock the info 'Colony Mu Investigation'.

Discuss the info on a rest spot afterward.

Defeat Moebius I

Follow the quest marker once again and watch a short cutscene. You'll be facing a Lv. 47 Moebius I shortly after.

After defeating Moebius I, skip travel to Bed of Woes and WIshes to talk to Fiona. The quest will be completed after Colony Mu has been liberated. Fiona joins your party and the Signifer class will be unlocked for Lanz.
