In the Nintendo Direct for Xenoblade Chronicles 3, you can see Pyra's Aegis Sword in the image for the game's expansion pass, alluding to the possibility of Pyra making an appearance.

Volume 2 of Xenoblade Chronicles 3's Expansion Pass allows players to access a new Hero's tale and take on Challenge Battles. Although the Hero has not been confirmed, the silhouette's clothing and short hair bear a resemblance to Pyra.

Other Xenoblade Characters Have Appeared in Newer Titles

Another Xenoblade character, Shulk has made an appearance in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as an additional character from that game's Expansion Pass. While getting to recruit Shulk had conditions to be met, such as completing the Challenge Battle. Xenoblade Chronicles 3's expansion pass includes both Challenge Battles, as well as new Heroes, so the chance we will see Pyra seems rather high.
