Rest Spots are safe zones that the player can visit to access several features in Xenoblade Chronicles 3! This is a comprehensive guide about rest spots including every feature you can do in rest spots!
Rest Spots are locations that can be found in Colonies and throughout the world. They will be marked on the map and can be used as places to rest, among other things.
Rest Spots, aside from being a hub that you can use for several features, is also a place that you can instantly teleport to via Skip Travel. This comes in handy if you want to save your game in an area where you can easily re-check your current setup for when you next resume playing the game again!
How to Fast Travel (Skip Travel)
Use any collected materials to cook meals at these Rest Spots. Each meal has its own type of effect so exploring all the different recipes can help with quests later on.
Best Recipes and Dishes to Cook
Use Gems to craft with either coins or materials to strengthen your abilities. A gem can be picked up from adventures or acquired by defeating enemies.
Discuss information with the other residents and take on new quests. These discussions will allow you to choose different types of quests.
For aesthetic purposes, Rest Spots also allow you to clean your characters' clothes after a long day of adventuring. Once selected, the game will reset all of your characters' clothes to their clean state.
