Fusion Arts require a Master Arts to be equipped alongside Combat Arts. Master Arts are obtained upon mastery of classes.
Note that Master Arts and Combat Arts are limited to three slots each, which means only three pairs can be equipped to become Fusion Arts.
The order of the Arts determines which Master Art and Combat Art will be fused. The first slot for both Arts will make the first Fusion Art, which corresponds to the X Button, and so on.
Time Recharge | Arts that require a set number of seconds in order to fully charge. |
---|---|
Auto-Attack Recharge | The required number of auto-attacks to perform in order to fully charge. |
Charge the two Arts in order to perform a Fusion Art. Combat Arts are charged at the start of battle, then will have to be charged afterwards.
Master Arts, on the other hand, will start with an empty charge gauge.
Hold down ZL and select the tactic Fusion First to order the party to prioritize Fusion Arts. Do so and they will try to proactively fuse Arts as often as possible.
Once your Master and Combat Arts pair have been charged, hold ZR then select the Fusion Art you want to unleash!
