Acquire the Topic 'Colony 9 Shortages'

First, you need to acquire the topic 'Colony 9 Shortages' by listening to the NPCs standing by the stairs near Colony 9 Command. Head to a rest spot right after to discuss the topic and unlock the quest.

Gather Supplies on the Old Battlefields

Next, you need to get a total of 10 supplies from the areas marked on the map above.

We recommend getting all the items in Alfeto Valley first before you go to Everblight Plain to get the rest because the latter is filled with enemies Lv. 40 and above.

Once you have all items from Alfeto Valley, skip travel to Torchlight Hill and gather the items at the northern area of Everblight Plain so you'll be at a safe distance from the enemies.

After getting all 10 items, return to Colony 9 and talk to Camilla to complete the quest.
