Head to Galghour's Menhir Talk to Ethel and look for the supplies Defeat the enemies attacking the Agnus survivors Return to Colony 4

Head to Galghour's Menhir

After unlocking the quest, head to Galghour's Menhir and find a way around the nearby mountain so you can reach the top. Ethel will be at the summit and a short cutscene will play out.

Look for the Supplies

Although difficult to spot, there is a hole near the Wall of the Great Hand that your team can go through to get to the other side of the cliff. Enter the hole to get to the supplies.

Defeat the Enemies Attacking the Agnus Survivors

On the other side of the cliff is a group of Agnus survivors that is being attacked by 4 Hunter Volffs. Defeat the enemies, then pick up the supplies.

Return to Colony 4

After getting the suppies, return to Colony 4. Ethel wlll temporarily join your team and you'll unlock Flash Fencer.

Note that Ethel leaves after reaching a certain point in the chapter. She will be unplayable despite showing in the Heroes Menu
