Many Quests in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 require a certain number of Key Items to complete. Whenever you accept a new quest, always check your inventory to make sure that you have the necessary Key Items.
Odd Shards are used to upgrade the party's blade. There are different types of shards, and they are all used in different quantities for each blade, so make sure to collect as many as possible.
Odd Shards: How to Use and Where to Find
Nopon Coins are valuable Key Item that can be used to Raise Class Ranks, Purchase Food, and Craft Gems. The maximum amount of Nopon coins you can carry for each amount is 99 and any amount above that is sold automatically, so make sure to use these valuable items when the need arises.
