Looking at your map, you'll find that icons for Ether Spheres have been added. Head for these locations to start collecting High Ether for Ino!
Before you can harvest High Ether from Ether Spheres, you need to defeat the enemies surrounding it first. Look for marked enemies in the area and defeat them to get to the Ether Spheres safely.
Make sure to check their levels first though. Taking on enemies that are levels away from you can wipe out your entire team.
After taking down the enemies, walk towards the Ether Sphere and harvest the Ether.
Harvesting Ether from an Ether Sphere may sometimes reveal the location of an unharvested Ether Sphere. It's very convenient if you're looking to learn and upgrade Ino's Arts and skills so keep harvesting Ether from Ether Spheres to reveal more of their locations!
Ino's Arts and skills can be upgraded or learned using Inoswap and these require a handful of HD Ether Cylinders+.
To learn or upgrade an Art or skill, go to the character menu and select Ino. From her character profile, select 'Inoswap' and select an art or skill that you want to learn or enhance.
Keep filling up your HD Ether Cylinders+ to make Ino stronger!
Inoswap Guide and Best Upgrades for Ino
