Gather two info fragments at Colony 30 to unlock the topic 'Colony 30's Off-Seer'. Discuss it at a rest spot afterwards to unlock the quest 'Serene Melody'.

Talk to See-Mee-Mee

Overworld Location	Map Location

Talk to See-Mee-Mee after unlocking the quest. However, the poor nopon runs away. Talk to two other NPCs at Colony 30 instead.

Talk to Ven and Zooza

Next, talk to Ven and Zooza. Both are in Colony 30 so just follow the quest marker to get to where they are. After talking to them, talk to See-Mee-Mee again.
