Complete Champion of the Nopon

Before you can unlock 'Going Full HD', you need to complete Ino's Hero Quest first.

Her Hero Quest, Champion of the Nopon, takes you to Great Idalla Ravine where you'll fight enemies as you search for High Ether.

'Going Full HD' automatically unlocks after you complete Champion of the Nopon.

Head for Namba Mound Camp. Give Totoma the materials.

Head for Namba Mound Camp

Right after you complete the quest Champion of the Nopon, head north towards Namba Mound Camp to watch a short cutscene and receive Sunny's Sampler Set.

Give Totoma the Materials

Next, talk to Totoma who's standing by the caravan and give him Sunny's Sampler Set. He will then upgrade the HD Ether Cylinder+ to HD Ether Cylinder+ Ver. 2.0, allowing you to collect more High Ether!

Go ahead and talk to him anytime if you want to upgrade the device further.
