Complete the Required Hero Quest

To unlock Zeon as a hero, you first need to complete Zeon's Hero Quest: Where The Heart Is. To accept this quest, you must return to Colony 9 after discussing “Colony 9 Lately” at a Rest Spot during Chapter 3.

Zeon Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths

Zeon is capable of inflicting a variety of reactions on enemies when equipped with the right Arts, including Knockback and Topple. His Talent Art also has the ability to absorb attacks while making him stronger.

Weaknesses

Despite being a defender, Zeon doesn't have many Arts that draw aggro, making it difficult for him to fulfill his combat role at times.

Noble Taunt is his only Art that can catch the attention of enemies, but it is inferior to many aggro-generating Arts from other classes. Since he is a Hero, he is unable to equip any Master Arts to supplement his lackluster Art palette.

Reasons to Evolve

After recruiting Zeon, they and their class will be capped at Rank 10. To break the class limit and rank them up to Rank 20, you must first complete their Ascension Quest: Reasons to Evolve.

Celestial Strike and Shield bash allow you to inflict Knockback and Topple respectively, allowing you to interrupt enemy's attacks in lieu of being unable to draw aggro. Victory shift is a necessary Art for Zeon that allows him to stay in the fight.
