Medic Gunner is a type of Healer class in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and is the default class of Eunie. Read on to learn more about the class, including its best arts, skills, characters, accessories, and gems, as well as find out how to unlock the class.

Class Rating is the speed at which each character ranks up an individual class, so the lower their Class Rating, the slower it takes for them to rank up the class.
Medic Gunner is the starting class of Eunie, one of the main characters in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, so their class will be available for other party members to equip once you are able to change classes.
Changing classes is unlocked after completing The Hillside Hulk Standard Quest during Chapter 2 of the game.
After you unlock this class, it will have a rank cap of 10, so you are unable to upgrade its Arts and skills further than that rank. To break the rank cap and extend the limit up to Rank 20, you must first complete the quest Side Story: Eunie.

The two characters are recommended for Medic Gunners because of their high Healing Power stat. Though not as recommended as the two characters above, Noah also makes a decent candidate as a Medic Gunner.

As a Healer, your role is mainly as support for the different Attackers and Defenders in your party. The best arts for Medic Gunners either heal or increase the stats of several allies at once.
Myopic Screen is also useful as your one offensive Art, which also allows you to execute combos. However, if your other characters are already using it as a Master Art, you can switch it out for Vortex.

For Master Arts, it is recommended to use Arts that grant buffs or healing to your allies over a wider area, or Ether Attacks that inflict serious debuffs on your enemies. If you plan to use Ring o' Roses along with Power Ring, you'll need to use All About Support as a Master Skill.
Once you reach the Post Game and gain access to Aqua Mind, it can replace some of your other Master Arts.

Since the Talent Art of Medic Gunners does not provide instant healing and has a limited area of effect, it may be best to replace it with the Soulfire Master Art when it becomes available. The Art not only heals all allies, but also damages enemies and decreases their Attack.

The best Master Skills for Medic Gunners are those that increase the effectiveness or duration of their Healing Arts or buffs. All About Support is necessary if you plan to have more than one Field Art that is not your Talent Art, which is recommended for Medic Gunners.

Though the most recommended Master Skills for Medic Gunners are available at Rank 5, you can replace them with some alternate options once you have unlocked a few Rank 15 Master Skills like those above.

As mentioned previously, Healing Arts tend to have high aggro values, so accessories that reduce it are ideal for Healers. The rest of your team can also benefit from accessories that boost the amount of HP healed by their Arts.
Myopic Screen, one of the recommended Combat Arts in the class, inflicts Daze, so increasing its duration is also a recommended.

Medic Gunners benefit from Gems that either increase their Healing or decrease the aggro that their Arts generate. To increase the effectiveness of their buffs, Swelling Blessing or Refined Blessing are both excellent Gems to equip.
