Location: Fornis Region - Elsie's Spout How to Unlock: Progress through Chapter 3.

Where the Heart Is Recommended Level: 22	Zeon
Location: Aetia Region - Alfeto Valley Mouth How to Unlock: After Ethel leaves your party, listen to the two NPCs talking just outside the Ferronis to acquire the info “Colony 9 Lately”. Discuss it at a rest spot to unlock Zeon's Hero Quest.

Location: Aetia Region - Murmur Rise How to Unlock: Complete Valdi's Hero Quest, "The Kind Right Hand", and unlock the Wall Climbing traversal skill. As soon as you have it, scale the wall to the northeast of the Kamos Guidepost and follow the Airdrop smoke to get to his starting quest location.

Location: Pentelas Region - Clearwater Shelf How to Unlock: Complete Chapter 3 and unlock Colony Lambda. Once you do, speak to Isurd inside the command tent.

Location: Pentelas Region - Vista of Rhonnar How to Unlock: Progress Chapter 4.

The Wrath of Ashera Recommended Level: 36	Ashera
Location: Keves Castle - Syra Hovering Reefs How to Unlock: Progress Chapter 4 past fighting the Moebius duo. Upon arriving at the Keves Castle region, Ashera's "?" indicator should appear on the world map for you to go to.

Vandham's Heir Recommended Level: 43	Monica
Location: Swordmarch - Great Sword, Upper How to Unlock: After speaking with Monica at the War Room, you can listen to a conversation just outside to acquire info about Guernica Vandham. Discuss it on a Rest Point to unlock Monica's Hero Quest.

Unlock Ghondor by Completing Chapter 5

Ghondor is a hero that does not have any Hero Quest required to be recruited into your party. Simply progress through chapter 5 of the game and you'll have her in your party automatically.
