How to Unlock Segiri

Complete Inhumanity Hero Quest

To unlock Segiri as a Hero, you first need to complete her Hero Quest: Inhumanity. To accept this quest, you must clear a few quests in Colony 4 and the City. Once the appropriate quests are complete, accept and finish the Standard Quest: The Illusion Returns to receive Inhumanity.

Segiri is the commanding officer of Colony 0, a unit of soldiers not affiliated with either Keves or Agnus tasked with special operations assigned by Moebius F. Her original designation was No. 7 before Sena gave her the name Segiri.

Segiri Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths

Segiri is an amazing Attacker with excellent Attack and Dexterity stats. With her Arts, she can inflict different debuffs on hordes of opponents, which makes her a great Hero to take out exploring since you'll often encounter packs of monsters clustered together.

Weaknesses

Though Segiri specializes in inflicting debuffs on opponents, she has a limited selection of debuff Arts that do not inflict random debuffs. When using your main party members, you can equip Master Arts to make up for the limited selection, but these are not an option for Heroes.

Recruiting Segiri allows you to learn the Field Traversal Skill Hazard Neutralization, which allows you to freely walk through certain areas where you would have previously taken environmental damage, such as poisonous swamps.

Invisible Bond

After recruiting Segiri, they and their class will be capped at Rank 10. To break the class limit and rank them up to Rank 20, you must first complete their Ascension Quest: Invisible Bond.

Seventh Edge will be Segiri's main debuff-inflicting Art that inflicts Resistance Down, while Fury Reaper can spread it around to other enemies. Fatal Bite is added to the palette to be Segiri's main damaging Art.
