Acquire the info 'Unsent Husks' at Colony 4 by talking to an NPC with a yellow speech bubble east of the Colony 4 Commissary and Colony 4 Caravan. Discuss the info at a rest spot afterward to unlock the quest.

Send Off Husks at Singbreeze Funnel

After unlocking the quest, skip travel to Ordell Ravine Way and head west to reach Singbreeze Funnel. Send off the husks in the area after a short cutscene to complete the quest.
