Change in the Game Menu

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Change the game time
To change the game time, simply head to the System's Menu in the Main Menu and select Change Time. From there, adjust the time by pressing either L or R on your controller.

Once you've adjusted your specified time, press A to change the time.
