Skipping a cutscene in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 can be performed by holding the X button. Read on to learn how to skip cutscenes and how to replay cutscenes.

If you want to skip a cutscene, simply hold the X button on your controller, and this will let you get started on the action.
It is not recommended to skip cutscenes in this game, as you will most likely have a hard time understanding the entirety of the story. The only time you should be skipping a cutscene is when you've finished the game and already watched the cutscene.
If you skipped a cutscene but want to replay it, you can simply head to the Title Screen and select the Event Theater option. From there, you'll be able to choose which cutscenes you want to view, from the Main Story to Hero Quests.
You will only be able to view cutscenes that you have unlocked by progressing through the game.
