Get the First Piece of Info Near Colony 4 Barracks

After unlocking the quest, follow the quest marker to the tent near Colony 4 Barracks. The NPCs with a yellow speech bubble will start talking once you're close enough. Wait for them to finish talking to acquire the first piece of info.

Get the Second Info Near Colony 4 Canteen
