Acquire the topic 'Colony 9's Off-Seer' by talking to the NPC near Colony 9 Canteen. Discuss the topic at a rest spot afterward to unlock the quest.

Talk to Roald and Head For Viliera HIll

Talk to Roald at the Colony 9 Barracks after unlocking the quest to learn more about Colony 9's off-seer.

Afterward, head for Viliera Hill to find Url. You can skip travel to the nearest landmark, like Luca's Eyot, to get there faster. Talk to Carrie when you reach your destination.

Talk to Ellis and Lenny

Travel east from Viliera Hill to reach Kamos Guidepost and Milick Meadows. Follow the quest markers and talk to Ellis and Lenny to get the topic 'Url's Whereabouts'. Discuss it at a rest spot afterward to determine Url's whereabouts.

Head North of Kilmarris Highland
