Pass Reflect Leaf by Breeding

Palworld - Breeding Pals
When Pals are bred, Parent Pals have a chance to pass down their active skills to Offspring Pals. You can use this method to get more Pals with Reflect Leaf.

Make sure you can cook Cake and you have the Breeding Farm unlocked.
