Overfull is a medical sickness in Palworld that causes stress eating in Pals and you can cure with Low Grade Medical Supplies. Learn how to treat Overfull, what you need to build to treat your Pals, and why this disease occurs.

Low Grade Medical Supplies can be obtained as a drop or crafted at the Medieval Medicine Workbench
Overfull is one of the illnesses Pals may develop as a result of being stressed out (low sanity), starvation, or a combination of both. This is usually hinted at as a Pal experiencing an eating disorder such as stress eating, meaning more food consumption and hunger.
To cure a Pal of this sickness, make sure feed it Low Grade Medical Supplies, which can be obtained as drop from monsters or crafted at the Medieval Medicine Workbench.

Wood x30
Paldium Fragment x10
Nail x5

In order to make a Medieval Medicine Workbench to start creating Low Grade Medical Supplies, you will need Wood, Nails, and Paldium Fragments. Nails will take you quite a while to get, since these must be crafted from Ingots which are formed from Ores heated in a Primitive Furnace.
Once you have this Workbench, you can manually craft Low Grade Medical Supplies yourself, or assign a Pal with the Medicine Production Work Suitability. Some of these Pals can be obtained early on in the game like Lifmunk and Flopie (who can sometimes be found held captive in Syndicate camps).

Pal Fluids x10
Wood x30
Stone x15
Paldium Fragment x10
|
It is essential that you get a Hot Spring as soon as you can to restore your working Pals' sanity. This will reduce their chances of becoming stressed as well as preventing them from slacking off. One of these should be enough at early game with around 10 Pals. Build more when needed!
The Pal Fluids required for building the Hot Spring can be obtained as drops in early game by defeating or capturing Celarays, Teafants, and Pengullets.

To prevent possible sickness and injuries, it is important to keep your Pals well-fed either by manually feeding them or by having an accessible Feed Box in your base.
Pals that are Hungry or Starving will recover from that status by ensuring they are fed enough food. To be sure that they are satiated, inspect their orange hunger bar to determine when they need to be fed.
