How to Unlock More Accessory Slots

Purchase Accessory Boxes From the Medal Merchant

Palworld - Accessory Boxes
To increases the amount of Accessories you can equip, you'll need to purchase Accessory Boxes from Medal Merchants. These will cost you 100 Dog Coins each, and you can only buy 2 boxes to bring your max total of accessories to 4.

As a note, these items don't take up inventory space similar to Lifmunk Effigies or Pal Gear.

First accessory box costs 100 dog coins. The second costs 1000 dog coins. You will need 1100 in total to increase both of your accessory slots.
