Level your Base Level up to upgrade the Palbox. Each Base Level also upgrades the Palbox to have more working Pal capacity by one up to a possible point.

Base missions are objectives you have to complete to improve your Base Level.

Access the Base Missions by interacting with the Palbox with the V key or the Missions prompt.
